Getting to Chuuk

Getting to Chuuk (Weno Island, the capital of Chuuk State) involves international and regional air travel, as there are no direct flights from most countries outside the Pacific region. Here’s how to reach Chuuk:

By Air (Main Entry Point)

Chuuk International Airport (TKK)

  • Located on Weno Island.
  • This is the only airport with scheduled commercial flights to Chuuk.

Flight Routes

    • From Guam, take a direct United Airlines flight to Chuuk (about 1.5–2 hours).
